A RESOLUTION OF TIiE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ~ DEED'OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit I An easement for road and
. Dltb11c utility DUroOSeS ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NCM, THEREFOkE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of OLIVER Vi. HAMNOND AND
~9RIE R. HAl'.f1v10ND. husband and wife, .
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
california, to be used for road and oublic utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows.
An easement for road and. public utility purposes
over. under and across the Northerly 50 feet of that
portion of land located in the City of Anaheim. County of
~range, St&te of California:
The East one-half of Lot 2 of Trc.ct 162 as
shown on a map filed in Book 12. page 6 of Miscellaneous
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer Of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars (Sl.OO).
