A RESOLUTIa.I OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A (]WIT DEED'ClJNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CEJlTAIH REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEIIENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIO
UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes9 to wi tl An easement for road and public
utilityourposes , and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finas
that it is fOr tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CLIFTON E. BRILEY, an
unmarried man.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
california, to be used for road and. 'Jublic utility purposes
y and more particularly described as follows.
An easement for road and. public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 50 feet of a portion of Lot 6
of the Anaheim Extension as shown on E map of survey made by
Vim. H2,mil, signed by Alfred Robinson on 12-11-1868, and filed
in the office o~' tl1.e County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
C81i1'ornia, described as follows:

as shown on said map, at the intersection of said center line
with the Southerly extension of the Westerly line of the tract

owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim9 the sum of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00).
