A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CiWIT DEEtn:XilNVEYING

FOR AN EASIIlENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purpose s J and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is fOr tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NCIf, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EDWARD C. Ell.. IS , a married

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for public utility Durposes

land being in the North half of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M., Rancho San Juan De Santa
Ana, located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
Stat,,; of CalHornia, des cr'ibed as follows:
Beginning at the North line of the Northwest
quarter 666 feet East of the Northwest corner of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 7, and running thence
South parallel with the WeEt line of said Section 7,
586 feet; thence, East parallel with the North line of
said Section 7, 180 feet; thence, North parallel with
the West line of said Section 7, 586 feet to a point
in the North line of saia. Northwest quarterj thence,
West alonG the North line of said Section 7. 180 feet
to tne point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1.00).
