OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A .(iWIT DEED'.CXJNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY

UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to witl An easement for road and public
utili ty ourposes , and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
New, TIfEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ARTHUR HARTELT AND I>1ARIE C.

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility. purposes

40 feet of that parcel of land located in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
The Southerly 150 feet of the Easterly

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
