A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CiWIT DEEDCXJNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN RBAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EAssmrr FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES 0
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to witl An easement for road and public
utility Durooses ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
