A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LAURA A MATILDA SCHULZ, a widow,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for sewer purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for sewer purposes over, under and across
the Southerly 10.00 feet of the Northerly 76.00 feet
of tt:e following described parcel of land:
That portion of the ingest half of the Northwest quarter
of the Nortâ– ea.st quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 17, Township h South, Range 10 West in Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa. Ana, lying East of a line
parallel with. and Easterly 120.00 feet from the lest
line line of the said Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 17, excepting therefrom the East.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 31st day of May 1960.
