RESOLUTION NO. 6054
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
SUBMITTED BY THE CITY OF PLACENTIA, CALIFORNIA; GRANTING
CONSENT TO THE WORK AND CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS,
TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES AND APPURTENANT WORK IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH IN STREETS AND RIGHTS OF WAY IN
SAID CITY OF ANAHEIM, AND TO THE ASSUMPTION OF JURIS-
DICTION FOR ALL PURPOSES OF THE PROCEEDINGS BY SAID
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLACENTIA'.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Placentia, California, has
submitted to this Council a proposed Resolution of Intention for the construc-
tion of sanitary sewers and appurtenant work in Assessment District No. 60 -1,
all in accordance with the plans and profiles and map of the assessment district
referred to in the Resolution of Intention proposed to be adopted by said City
Council of the City of Placentia for said improvements; and
WHEREAS, certain of the streets and rights of way upon which work is
to be done are located within the incorporated limits of the City of Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience and necessity require the
construction of sanitary sewers and the same has been recommended as a health
measure by the Health Officer serving said City of Placentia.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the said proposed Resolution of Intention is hereby
approved, and consent is hereby granted to the said City of Placentia, to the
making of the said construction and improvements as above set forth, as con-
templated by said Resolution of Intention, and to the assumption of full juris-
diction in the premises by the said City of Placentia, all as provided for in
Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
California, this 31st day of May, 1960.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
