1960-6012WHEREAS, Robert L. Angle, having filed a written
application for a. house moving permit to move a building
from 2218 Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California to 6741
Miller Street in Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 3rd day of May, 1960, at the hour of 7:00
o'clock P.N., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said building or structure,
at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing,
as the names of such owners appeared upon the last available
tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having received
a request to continue said hearing for consideration in conjunc-
tion with application Ido. F- 59 -60 -90 for a change of zone, did
continue said hearing to a later date; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after having
duly considered said application, together with all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith, that said permit
should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of .A.nahei.n that the application of Robert L. Angle
for a house moving permit to .move a building from 2218 Harbor
Boulevard, Anaheim, California, to 6�41 Miller Street in Anaheim,
California, be, and the same is hereby granted subject to com-
pliance with all of the provisions of Article VIII, Chapter 5
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the moving of build
ings from a point within the City of Anaheim onto a lot within
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
