A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURrOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of GEORGE L CLARK AND VIRGTNIA F.
CLARK, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for nn easemment or ron a d public utility purposes
and more particularly descr as f ollows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 32.00 feet of that
parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of Lot 16
of Anaheim extension as shown on a record of survey made
by William hamel, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, said point
being North 74 36' 05" East, a distance of 643.90 feet
from the Northwest corner of said Lot 16; thence North 740
36' C5" East, e distance of 71.00 feet; thence South 15
23' 55" East, a. distance of 16)4.93 feet; thence South
740 32' 50" West, a distance of 70.B& feet; thence North
15 23' 55" West, e distance of 164.90 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

ATTEST
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1,00)0
