A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIIJL CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter into
an escrow with ROY L. PINA and BETTY RAE PINA, husband and wife,
at Keystone Savings and Loan Association, 312 W. Center Street,
Anaheim, California, for the purchase of the hereinafter des-
cribed real property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, said Keystone Savings and Loan Association
is now ready to close said escrow, and a deed has been prepared
conveying said property to the City of Anaheim free and clear
of all encumbrances except all taxes for the fiscal year
1960 -61, a lien not yet payable, and all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, reservations, rights, rights -of -way and easements
of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following
described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:
Lot 2L in the "Anaheim Home Tract" as per map
thereof recorded in Book 6, Page 34 of Mis-
cellaneous Pups in the Office of the Recorder
of said Orange County.
to the City of Anaheim, be, and the same is hereby, accepted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendorsthe
amount of the purchase price for said property, heretofore
deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow have
been met and complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 26th day of April, 1960.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said resolution on the 26th day of April, 1960.
