RESOLUTICI'I OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING
AMENDMENT NUMBER 5 10 TIiE AGREEMENT R)R MAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGiWAY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment
Number 5 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway
in the City of ANAHEIM dated July 1, 1956.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
Number 5 in full and is familiar with the contents thereofl
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of ANAHEIM that said Amendment Number 5 is hereby approved and
the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on
behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1956.
