A RESOLlITIOO OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CiWIT DEEtl'CXlNiEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CBiTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi tl An easement for road and public

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
Nav, THERERlRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LYLE A. DIGGINS AND VJABEL A.
DIGGINS. husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 50 feet of
that parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
Commencing at the l'fortheast corner of Lot 4 of a
subdivision of a part of the West half of Lot 9
of the Anaheim Extension as shown on a map thereof
filed in Book 1, Page 53 of Licensed Surveyors
Maps; thence Easterly 165 feet along the North
line of said Lot 9; thence at right angles Southerly
264 feet; thence at right angles Westerly 165 feet;
thence, at right angles Northerly 264 feet to the
point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
tnee of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollar~ ($1.00).
