OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CiWIT DEED'CXJNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASI!JIENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY,PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t: An easement for road and public
utili ty . Dumoses J and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is fOr the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NClY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council 0 f
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DAVID S. COLLINS and
MARION GRAAF COLLINS. husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and;)ublic utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under,
and across that portion of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, state of California, described as follows:
Commencing at a point distant 2948.88 feet East of the Southwest
corner of Section 9, Township LJ- South, Range 10 lvest, S.B.B.&M.,
said point beinz marked by a 4x4 ~edwood stake and located on the

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOa Dollars ($1.00).
