A RESOLUTICI-l OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CEANT DEEDCXJNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CElITAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EAS!MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit! An easement for road and public
utili ty ourPOses .; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THERER)RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council 0 f
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FBANK \'1. SACKETT, a
m.arried man.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and oublic utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows!
An easement for road ano.. public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of land located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Beginning at a redwood stake on the south line of
Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M.,
2948.88 feet East of the SW corner of said SectiOn 9;
thence N. 1006'10" W. 184.40 feet; more or less, to a
point, said point being the true point of beginning;
thence continuing N. 1006'10" W. 19.56 feet, more or less;
thence Easterly and Southerly along a curve concave to the
Southwest, said curve having a radius of 76.67 feet, 46.29
feet to a point; thence S. 560 JO' J8" E. 18. JJ feet, more or
less, to a point; thence N. 86048'50" W. 58.78 feet to the
true point of beginning.

Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOC Dollars (Sl.OO).
