A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CiWIT DEED'OONVEYIHG
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CEIlTAIN REAL PROPERTY

UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the Ci. ty Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit. An easement for road and public
utility purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is fOr tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THERER:>RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CHARLES E. DRUM1>10ND, INC.,
a corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and publio utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows.
An ea.sement for roacl and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 20 feet ana.. the Southerly
10 feet of tha.t parcel of land located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Lot 5 in Block B of Tra.ct 13, in the County of Orange,
state of California, as per map filed in Book 9, page
12 of IHscellaneous Ma.ps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
Ci ty of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00).
