A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM' DENYING THE APPLICATION OF ARTHUR
FREEDMAN FOR A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO MOVE A
DWELLING FROM 16511 SOUTH PIONEER BOULEVARD,
NORWALK, CALIFORNIA TO 2111 SOUTH LOARA
STREET, ANAHEIN, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Arthur Freeman having filed a written appli-
cation for a house .moving permit to move a dwelling house from
16511 South Pioneer Boulevard, Norwalk, California, to 2111
South Loara Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 12th day of April, 1960, at the hour of 7 :00
otclock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building
or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the
last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and said City Council having duly
considered said application, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said application should be denied;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said Arthur
Freedman for a house moving permit to .mare a dwelling house
from 16511 South Pioneer Boulevard, Norwalk, California, to
2111 South Loara Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the
same is hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of April, 1960.
