1960-63961HEREAS, the City Council did on September 16, 1958, adopt
Resolution No. 4758 granting Variance No. 1009; and
follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 6396
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING 'RESOLUTION NO. 4758 GRANTING
V RIANCE NO. 1009.
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 of Resolution No. 4758 reads as
"5. That a 6 —foot masonry wall be constructed along
the South and East property lines."
AND WHEREAS, DR. MURRAY WALKER, the party to whom said
variance was granted, has requested permission to construct said wall
starting at the southeast corner of the rest home situated on the
property described in Resolution No. 4758, which is ten feet from the
property line, and proceeding south as indicated on a sketch presented
to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request should be
granted, and that Condition No. 5 of Resolution No. 4758 should be
amended to provide for the construction of said wall in accordance with
the sketch presented to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Resolution No. 4758, granting Variance No. 1009, be and
the same is hereby amended by amending Condition No. 5 thereof to read
as follows:
"5. That a 6 -foot masonry wall be constructed in
accordance with and at the location shown on
the sketch presented to the City Council on
October 18, 1960, and on file with the City
of Anaheim."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said Resolution
No, 4758 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
18th day of October, 1960.
