A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of SHUICHI KUSAKA and
HI TSUKO KU AKA husband and ,rife and T. SAT. a sin .r le m n and AK RA
SATO, single man
to sel to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility Purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described
as follows:
The Northerly 11.00 feet of the Southerly 44.00
feet of the West half of the West half of the
Southea quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 14., Towns ip 4 South, Range 11 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
Excepting therefrom the Wiest 165.00 feet.
offered to
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
