Anaheim. California, for the rurrhpse of the hereinafter
described real property for runicipal purposes; 'rnd

to close said escrow and a deed bas been prepared c.-nveyinc
said property to the City of Anaheir fre and clear of all en-
cumbrances, except all general and special taxes frr the fis-
cal year 1960-61, a lien not yet layable; and cwenarts, con-
ditions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights of way and
easepents of record.
