A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC U_11,111 PURi'0 i;JS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
ourooses and
WHEREAS, the owner 8 of said property ha Ye offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of 0. W. ELDER and MAE ELDER,
husbnnd and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be for an easement for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land, descr•:_bed as follows:
PARCEL L 1:
The Northerly 14.00 feet of the Southerly 44.00 feet
of the East three (3) acres of the Southwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 13, Townshi.. 4 South, Range 11 West, San
Bernardino Base Meridian.
Excepting t the Westerl 50.00 feet.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real pro;_: erty, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar (01.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
