A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR R( D AND PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility rurposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to
convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Anaheim that the offer of E ILTON L. HUGHES, a married
his sole and separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for rod a _d public utility purpncpc
and more particularly descri ed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows.
The Easterly three feet of Lots 1411 and
Tract No. 2779 as shown on a rap filed in boo' ?2,
pages 3.1.): to O inclusive of Niscellanecus 1-laps
records of Orange County, California;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER R LOLV D that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Doll -,r (41.00).
