A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AID PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the "benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of RAMP ND C., SPEUAR and
FSTF.LI F: K. SPF,HAR, husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road d public utility purposes
and more particularly described as f o l lows:

over, under and across that parcel ,.f land described
as follows:
The Easterly 3.00 feet of Lot 139 of Tract No. 2779 as
hewn on a map filed in book 92, pages 3 through 40
inclusive of Iv iscellaneous h'iaps, records of Grange
County, California.

property.
