A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROD .PAD rU LJ C UT lui TY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and.public
ntjlity Purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DAVID W. ROPER and ALICE 1 .Y 'f
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an e cement fpr and public utility purposes
and more particular describ as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and 'cross
that parcel of land beinE a portion of Section 15, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as follows:
PARCEL N0. 1.
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 15, said corner being
the intersection of the centerline of Ball Ro d with the centerline of
Knott Avenue; thence N. 0 15 45" along the centerline of Knott Avenue
a distance of 132.00 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly
line of said Section 15, a distance of 51.00 feet to s point in a line
parallel with >nd 51.00 feet Westerly of the Last line of said Section 15;
thence Southerly along the lest rnent oned p.srallel line a distance of
65.00 feet; thence Easterly 6.e0 feet, to the beginning of a curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 23.00 feet; tieante southerly

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
