A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
41VF 40.15 and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of TED F. KOBLITZ and M.7t3Ei N.
OBLITZ. hiband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for oublic utility ourooses
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Northerly 1)4.00 feet of the Southerly
)4 .00 feet of that portion of the South half of the
Southeast quarter of the Sout':i quarter of.
Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridirn, described a s follows:
Beginning at the SOu.thwest corner of the E;st five (5)
acres of the South half o' the SE4 of the sW4 of
said Section 13, thence iortherly alone the West line
of said Eat five (5) acres to the :south line of
Tract ao. 2228, as shown on a map filed in hock 69,
pLges 34 through 37, inclusive of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence
Westerly along the South line of said Tract 2228 a
distance of 110.00 feet; thence southerly parallel

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
