A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 005-M
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the State of
California have heretofore entered the Agency-State Agreement for
Federal Aid; and,
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement entitled
Program Supplement No. M-005 has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council.
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED that;
1. The terms and conditions of Program Supplement No. M-005
be, and they are hereby, approved.
2. The Director of Public Works be, and is, hereby
authorized and directed to sign said Program Supplement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16thday of November ,
1999.
