1960-6294WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on June 7, 196;, adopt Resolution No. 6065 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. F 5 9- 60- `3) finding and detcrhlining that the
various parcels of property described therein should be
changed from R -A, RESIDENTI AGRICULTURAL ZONE and R -3,
MULTIPLE- FAIj °ILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD
COM1„IERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said. resolution, and did thereafter, on July 5, 190, adopt
Resolution No. 6132 amending Condition No. 3 of said Resolu-
tion No. 6065; aril
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that some of the
owners of the property described in Resolution No. 6065 have
complied with all of the conditions set forth therein, but
that all of the owners have not met and complied with all
of the conditions specified; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received by the City
Council from one of the property owners for permission to
proceed with th; reclassification of those parcels of property
included in said reclassification proceedings on which al'
conditions have been niet and complied with, which request the
City Council finds should be granted;
N0.J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution To. 6065 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. F- 59- 60 -9)4 b', and th! same is hereby
amended as .follows:
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolution No. 6132, said Resolution No.
6065 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
