A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
TEAT A CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE
GRANTED IN A CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution
recommending denial of a chance in the boundaries of the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having
fixed a time and place for the holding of a public hearing
thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18, formerly
Article IX, Chapter 2, of the Anaheim Nunici:-al Code, and after
having duly held and conducted such public hearing tn consider
said proposed change of gone or zones, and after having re-
ceived evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
MiEREAS, within a period of forty (11G) days following
the hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly a-flounce
by Corral resolution its findings of facts and declare ts opin-
ions and reasons for reconmending denial of said proposed change
in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter nentioned
and described; and
WHER7.AS, upon receipt of the report and recomnendation
of the City Planning CommisSion, the City Council did thereupon
fix the 13th day of September, 1960, as the time and the Council
Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place
for a public hearing upon said proposed change of zone or
zones and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided
in said Title 18, formerly Article IX, Chapter 2, of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
1:HEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did
thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the property and area proposed to be changed from the zone
or zones in which it is now situated to a different zone, as
hereinafter set forth, is nore suitable for the zone or zones
in which it is now incorporated and that a chance of zone
should not be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situ-
ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, described as follows:
Being that certain real property lying north of
Tract No. 1635 as shown on a mai, recorded in
hod- 9, pages 1 and 2, M.scellaneous Naps,
records of Orange County, City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

Beginning at a point at the intersection of the north
lire of said Tract No. 1635 and the center line of New
Avenue; thence from said point of intersection South
69° 51t 50" West 11 feet to a point; thence North
f);° 51 50" East ;3.19 feet to a point; thence North
00° 07! 30" East 267.20 feet to a point; thence North
89° 52 00" East 1100.5; feet to a point; thence South
OC° 10 1.10" West 32) .76 feet to the point of eginnino.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the east 145.00 feet;

it is now incorporated, and that the reclassification to
R -3, MULTIPLE- F'MILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE
be denied, as recommended by the City Planning Commission.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
