A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of TED FISH an( ALMA M:ARCILE FISH,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easgpi.ent for rcac� and public utility purpose
and more particularly describ as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows:
The Northerly 27.00 feet of the West half of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of tt :e
Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township l South,
Range 10 West, being further described as the Vest
half of Lot 5 of the Helen and Lynch Addition to
Anaheim, as shown on a map recorded in Book 1112,
Page 158 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County,
California;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
