RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THAT THE
PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY DEMAND
THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF
A CERTAIN MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT, AND
MAKING FINDINGS RELATING THERETO.
The City Council of the City of
ANAHEIM,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section 1. That the public interest and neces-
sity demand the acquisition and construction by said city
of a certain municipal improvement, to wit: the acquisi-
tion and clearing of real property for park sites and
the acquisition and construction of park improvements.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of
September 19 60.
That the estimated cost of said municipal
improvement is the sum of 1,400,000.
Section 2. That said municipal improvement
requires an expenditure greater than the amount allowed
for it by the annual tax levy.
Section 3. That said municipal improvement
is necessary and convenient to carry out the objects,
purposes and powers of the City.
