RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING G TO AND APPROVING TH
CORRECTION OR RELOCATION ION OF A CERTAIN
BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND THE CITY OF BUENA PARK, DESCRIBING THE
PARCEL OF LAND AFFECTED AND DESCRIBING THE
PROPOSEC? NEW BOUNDARY LINE.
N}IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Buena Pa_r%
did on August 9, 1960 pass Resolution Igo. 12C1 resolu-
tion petitioned the City of Anaheim for its consent to the cor-
rection or relocation of a certa inn boundary line between the
two cities; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Boundary Commission did
find that the boundaries of the proposed change as shown in
said resolution of the City of Buena Park are reasonably de-
finite and certain; and
WHEREAS, the parcel described is contained within the
boundaries of both named cities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to core >ct or
relocate such line;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE NE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Anaheim
does consent to and approve the relocation or correction of
the .boundary line as requested by the City of Buena Park so
as to exclude the overlapping area from the City of .Buena Par';
and .make the relocated or corrected boundary line of the City
of Buena Park coincide with the existing boundary of the City
of Anaheim.
SECTION 2: The City Council of the City of Anaheim
consents to tie correction or relocation of the boundary line
of the City of Buena Par% by excluding the parcel Isere i.nafter
described and establ ish ing the boundary of that City as here in-
after described.
Description of parcel of property affected:
Being a portion of Parcel No. of that Annexation
approved by Ordinance No. 139 of the City of Buena
Park and designated as "Street Annexation ",o. 1"
and being a portion of Knott Avenue, formerly
Hansen Street (60 feet wide) adjacent to the City
of Buena Park, bounded on the South by the South
line of the Northerly 5 ).!0.71 feet of Sections 11.!_.
and 15 of Township South, Range 11 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, and on the North by
the South line of the Northerly 254 feet of said
Sections, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in a line parallel with and
30 feet West of the East line of said Section 15,
said point be ing in. the South line of the North
51 feet of said Section 15; thence

North along said parallel line to the point of
intersection with the South line of the North
250 feet of said Section 15; thence
East along the last mentioned South line and its
Easterly prolon0ation to a point in a line parallci
with and 30 feet East of the West line of said
Section 14; thence
South along the last mentioned parallel line; to
the point of intersection with the South line of
the North 540.71 feet of said Section 111; thence
West along the last mentioned South line and its
Westerly prolongation to the point of beginning.
