A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 5036 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. F-59-60-72.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
or February 23, 1960, adopt Resolution. No. 5336 in Reclas-
sification Proceedings No F-59-60-72, finding and determin-
ing that the various parcels of property described therein
should be changed from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRiCULTURAL Zone,
to C-1, NEIGHT Zone, subject to certain
conditions specified in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that certain of
the conditions set forth in Resolution No. 5336 have not been
complied with by all of the owners of the various parcels of
properLy described in said resolution; and that some of the
owners desire to comply with. all conditions specified and
proceed with the reclassification of their respective par-
cels of property at this time, while others do not;
Nn THEREFORE, PE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5$36 1r Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. F-59-60-72 be and the same is
hereby amended by permitting the property described in said
resolution to be divided into separate ownerships to enable
the individual owners to comply with the conditions of said
reclassification;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the property belong-
ing to those owners who do not comply with the conditions set.
forth in said Resolution No. 5336 within a period of 90 days
from date hereof,shall be deleted from said Reclassification.
Proceedings No. F-59-60-72;
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5036 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sioned by
me this 23rd day of August, 1960.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Resolution No. 6231 on the 23rd day of August, 1960.
