A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
OF ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CHANNEL LINING BY SAID DISTRICT
FROM WAKEFIELD AVENUE TO KATELLA AVENUE, IN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District has
submitted to the City of Anaheim for approval, plans and
specifications for the construction of channel lining within
said Districts right of way, said plans and specifications
being designated, "Dwg. No. C3- 101 -7, Sheets 1 through 5,
Plans for the Construction of Anaheim Barber City Channel,
Magnolia Street to Gilbert Street and Wakefield Avenue to
Katella Avenue and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds after careful inspection
and consideration, that the plans and specifications for that
portion of said project between Wakefield Avenue and Katella
Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that`the plans and specifications for that
portion of the project for the construction of channel lining
by the Orange County Flood Control District from Wakefield
Avenue to Katella Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, said plans
and specifications being designated, "Dwg. No. C3-101 -7,
Sheets 1 through 5, Plans for the Construction of Anaheim
Barber City Channel, Magnolia Street to Gilbert Street and
Wakefield Avenue to Katella Avenue," be and the same are
hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of August, 1960.
