A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PURL I C
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CENTRALIA SCHOOL DISTRICT
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly descri ed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under, along
and across that portion of the North half of the North half of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section iL Township
14 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as said. Section
is shown on the map, recorded in Book 51, Page 11, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Danbrook Street
with the North line of Tract 314.2, as said intersection is shown
on the map of Tract 3142, recorded in Book 108, Page 13 and 14, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County; thence, North 0 °1h_' 42"
West, along the Northerly prolongation of said center line, 74.14 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a
radius of 82.00 feet; thence, Northwesterly, along said curve, through
a central angle of 90° 07 244 a distance of 128.99 feet; thence,
South 89 °37 West, tangent to said curve, 249.81 feet to the West lin(
of the East half of said North half of the North half of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter; thence, North 0 11. 1 42" West, along sa
West line, 32.00 feet; thence, North 89 371 324" Fast 62.38 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northerly and having a radius of
50.00 feet; thence, Easterly, along said curve, through a central angle
of 18 11 1 !i2 a distance of 15.88 feet to a reverse curve concave
Southwesterly and having a radius of 70.00 feet; thence, Southeasterly,
along said curve, through a central angle 126 31' 08" a distance of
154.57 feet to a reverse curve concave Easterly and having a radius
of 50.00 feet; thence, Southerly, alone said curve, through a central

East, tangent to said curve, 86.71 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot
28 of said Tract 311.2; thence South 89 37' 324" West, along said North

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
