A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of HENRY F. HASS and CiLADYS K. HASS,
husband and wife,
to sell to t e City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Southerly 53.00 feet of that parcel of lard,
being the Easterly half of that portion of the South half
of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 13, Township South, Psnge 11 '.st, Se 7(rnsr('Ino
Base and Meridian, described as follows:
PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the South line of said
SoufFiNest quarter, West 110.00 feet from the Southwest
corner of the East five (5) acres of said South half, thence
North parallel with the West line of said East five acres
to the South line of Tract. No. 222E, as shown on a map filed
in Book 69, Pages 1)4 through 37 inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, thence West
217.00 feet along the South line of said Tract. No. 2228,
thence Southerly parallel with the West line of the said
East five (5) acres to the South line of said Southwest
quarter, thence Easterly 217.00 feet to the point of beginning

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim
