desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of GEORGE S. PERRY and
BEVERLEY J. PERRY, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used foran easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land,
described as follows:
The Northerly 45.00 feet and the Easterly 39.00
feet of the Northerly 159.5 feet of the Northeast
quaver of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 28, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S Bernardino Base and Meridian.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 521.77 feet;
