1960-6182A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM: AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5133 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F- 58- 59 -62.
RESOLUTION NO. 6182
WHEREAS, the City Council did, heretofore, to wit,
on the 7th day of April, 1959, adopt Resolution No. 5133 in
Reclassification Proceedings No. F- 58 -59 -62 finding and
determining that the property and area therein described
should be changed from R -3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIALC)NF
to C -3, HEAVY -CO LERCIAL ZONE; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the property
and area proposed to be reclassified was incorrectly des
cribed in said resolution and should be amended to read as
hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5133 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. F- 58 -59 -62 be, and the same is hereby
amended by amending the description of the property contained
therein to read as follows:
That portion of Lot 16 of Anaheim Extension,
as shown on a map by William Hamel and filed
for record in the Office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California described as
follows:
Starting at the intersection of the Northerly
right of way line of Vermont Street being 33 feet
from the center line and the Westerly right of way
line of Placentia Avenue, which is 50 feet from
the center line, and running thence Westerly along
the Northerly right of way line of Vermont Street
a distance of 135 feet to a point of beginning;
thence, from the point of beginning Westerly along
the Northerly right of way line of Vermont Street
70 feet; thence North 15° 27' 20" West 132.83
feet; thence North 7Li 34' 15" East to a point
which is 135 feet from the Westerly right of way
line of Placentia Avenue, measured along a pro-
jection from said point to Placentia Avenue at
North 7L 34) 15" East; thence South 0 05 15"
West to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Resolution No. 6182
in all other respects be, and the same is, hereby affirmed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of August, 1960.
