A RESOLUTION OF TITE CITY COUNCIL OF THE.
CITY OF ANAHEIM APr'ROVI ci AND AUTHORIZIii0
THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, GRANTING TO THE
CITY THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT AND USE A
STREET OR HIGHWAY UPON AND ACROSS THE
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Sou Pacific Company, a corpor-
ation of the State of Delaware, has tendered to the City
of Anaheim an indenture granting to the City, subject to
the terms, covenants and conditions therein contained, the
right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and use a street
or highway upon and across the following described real
property:
All those certain. parcels of land situate in
the City of Anah County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:
The Northerly 53.00 feet of the West. 30.00
feet of the northwest qua of the northeast
quarter of Section. 21, Township Sout"h, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
The Northerly* 53.00 feet of the Est 30.00
feet of the northeast quarter of they northwest
quarter of Section 21, Township '4 South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Ease and Meridian.
The Southerly 53.00 feet of the East 30.00
feet of the southeast quarter of the southwest
quarter of Section 16, Township South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
PARCEL
The Southerly 53.0C feet of the West 30.00
feet of the southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 16, Township South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
EXCEPTING FROM THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCELS all
those portions thereof dad ic5 for street
purposes by the Vineyard Tract and shown as
Ball Road on the man thereof;
AND 'aIEREAS, said Southern Pacific Company has
submitted the above- mentioned indentur to the City of
Anaheim to be execut d by the Southern Pacific Company and
the City of Anaheim, which indenture or agreement the
City Council finds would be for the benefit and best in-
terest of the City and should be approved.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the indenture tendered to the
City of Anaheim by the Southern Pacific Company, a corpor-
ation of the State; of Delaware, granting? to tine City, iuL
subject to the terms, covenants and conditions therein con-
tained, the right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and
use a street or highway upon and across the real property
hereinabove described, be and the same is hereby approved
and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESnLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute s a i d
indenture for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 26th day of July, 1960.
