A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING ITS MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH FOUR COR-
NERS PIPE LINE COMPANY, A CORPORATION, PRO-
VIDING FOR THE RELOCATION, AT THE EXPENSE OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, OF A SEGMENT OF A 16 -INCH
PIPELINE OWNED BY FOUR CORNERS PIPE LINE COM-
PANY, AND TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER TO FOUR COR-
NERS PIPE LINE COMPANY, PURSUANT TO SAID
AGREEMENT, A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SUCH SEG-
MENT TO BE RELOCATED.
WHEREAS, Four Corners Pipe Line Company is the owner
of a 16 -inch pipeline traversing (among other lands) a tract of
land called "SAID 22.30 ACRES," which contains 22.30 acres, more
or less, and which is owned by the City of Anaheim and situated
in the County of Orange, State of California, more particularly
described in the Pipeline Relocation Agreement attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, a portion of said pipeline, including the por-
tion which traverses SAID 22.30 ACRES, is located pursuant to a
Grant of Right of Way dated September 30, 1957, executed by
Louis E. Nohl, Margaret Elliott Nohl, and FOUR CORNERS PIPE LINE
COMPANY, recorded in Book 4089, at page 349, of the Official
Records of Orange County, California, as amended by Amendment
of Grant of Right of Way dated January 21, 1959, executed by
Louis E. Nohl, Margaret Elliott Nohl, and FOUR CORNERS PIPE LINE
COMPANY, recorded in Book 5024, page 289, of the Official Records
of Orange County, California, which Right of Way Grant, as thus
amended, is herein called "SAID RIGHT OF WAY GRANT," and which
portion of said pipeline is located along a centerline descrip-
tion described in Exhibit "A -1" of SAID RIGHT OF WAY GRANT; and
WHEREAS, that segment, herein called "SAID SEGMENT,"
of said pipeline which traverses SAID 22.30 ACRES is located
along the strip, herein called "FIRST STRIP," across SAID 22.30
ACRES, hereinafter described in the Pipeline Relocation Agreement
attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to have SAID SEG-
MENT relocated at the City's expense along the strip, described
in the Pipeline Relocation Agreement attached hereto, called
"SECOND STRIP," across SAID 22.30 ACRES, to accommodate a reser-
voir to be constructed by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the City enter into that certain Pipe-
line Relocation Agreement dated January 25 1961, to be
made and entered into by and between the City of Anaheim and
Four Corners Pipe Line Company, attached hereto and made a part
hereof, subject to the terms and conditions therein contained,
and that said Pipeline Relocation Agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute said Pipe-
line Relocation Agreement for and on behalf cf the City of
Anaheim.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Anaheim be, and they are, hereby author-
ized and directed to execute and deliver to Four Corners Pipe
Line Company the GRANT OF EASEMENT provided for in Paragraph
No. 1 of the Pipeline Relocation Agreement attached hereto,
such GRANT OF EASEMENT to be on the form entitled "GRANT OF
EASEMENT" which is attached to the Pipeline Relocation Agreement
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim
pay to the Four Corners Pipe Line Company the sum not to exceed
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for the cost of relocating
SAID SEGMENT from the FIRST STRIP to the SECOND STRIP in accord-
ance with the Pipeline Relocation Agreement attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor be,
and he is, hereby authorized and directed to pay to said Four
Corners Pipe Line Company a sum not to exceed Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($50,000.QO) in accordance with the Pipeline Relocation
Agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of January 1961.

approved and signed said Resolution No. 6633 on the 24th day of
January, 1961.
