A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes i an
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of B. NEAL BEAVER and VIRGINIA BEAVER,
husband and wife: and EARL A. DUNN and MARTHA DUNN, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utilit ur oses
and more particularly described as fo ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 53 feet of that parcel of
land being a portion of Lot 5, of Block 17, of a subdivision
of the South half of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as shown on a
map recorded in book 1, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, a portion of said
Lot 5 also being shown on a map of Tract No. 2177, recorded
in book 59, pages 36 and 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southerly 260
feet of said Lot 5; thence S. 89 41' 50" E. 255.01 feet
parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot 5 to a line
parallel with and distant Easterly 255 feet measured at
right angles from the Westerly line of said Lot 5; thence
N. 0 55' 00" E. 102.26 feet along said parallel line to
the Southerly line of Lot 21, of said Tract No, 2177; thence
N. Be 33' 43" West 255.01 feet along said Southerly line
and its Westerly prolongation to the Westerly line of
said Lot 5; thence S. O 55' 00" West 102.85 feet to the
point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
