A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR POLES AND ELECTRICAL POWER
LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for poles and electrical power
lines and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ORA L. BEVER and EDITH F. BEVER.

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated In the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for AD P_ cement forr Wes and electrical power lines
and more particularly described as f ollows:
An easement for poles and electrical power lines over
and across the Southerly 25.00 feet of the Northerly 45.00
feet of the following described parcels of land:
Lots 21 and 22 of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract as shown
on a map recorded in Book 5, Pages 29 and 30 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of December 19 60
