1960-6520RESOLUTION NO. 6520 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility uurnose_ an WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha Ve offered to sell and convey the same to TEe City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of CAMILLE ALLEC, JR. and LENA MAY ALLEC, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for u easeme t forr putt��l;r. a >tti .y purposes and more particularly described as follows: An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across the following described parcels of land: PARCEL ONE: The Northerly 25.00 feet of the Easterly 674.40 feet Northwest quarter of Section 23, San Bernardino Base and Meridian Santa Ana. feet of the Southerly 45.00 of the Southeast quarter of the Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de PARCEL T1110: The Westerly 25.00 feet of the Easterly 45.00 feet of the East half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the right of way of the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe Railroad. ALSO, EXCEPTING the Northerly 320.00 feet therefrom.
