RESOLUTION NO. 6504
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO SANTOS LOPEZ TO MOVE A DWELLING
AND GARAGE FROM 6921 STANTON AVENUE, BUENA
PARK, CALIFORNIA, TO 919 EAST SANTA ANA
STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, SANTOS LOPEZ having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
and garage from 6921 Stanton Avenue, Buena Park, California,
to 919 East Santa Ana Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 6th day of December, 1960, at the hour of 7 :00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, build-
ing or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed
for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon
the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly
held and conducted and all persons interested therein given
an opportunity to be heard and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, to-
gether with all evidence and reports submitted in connection
therewith, does find that said permit should be granted sub
ject to the repair and replacement of damaged or hazardous
sidewalk at 919 East Santa Ana Street, Anaheim, California,
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of
the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said SANTOS
LOPEZ for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house and
garage from 6921 Stanton Avenue, Buena Park, California, to
919 East Santa Ana Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the
same is hereby, granted subject to repair and replacement
of damaged or'hazardous sidewalk at 919 East Santa Ana Street,
Anaheim, California, as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in
the Office of the City Engineer, and further subject to com-
pliance with all the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32
of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of
buildings from a point outside the City of Anaheim to a point
within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 6th day of December, 1960.
