RESOLUTION NO. 6490
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6471
INSTRUCTING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS TO
POST CERTAIN PROPERTY NOTIFYING THE OWNERS
THEREOF TO CONSTRUCT CURBS AND SIDEWALKS.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on November 22, 1960
adopt Resolution No. 6471 entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM INSTRUCTING THE SUPERINTENDENT
OF STREETS TO POST CERTAIN PROPERTY, NOTIFYING THE OWNERS
THEREOF TO CONSTRUCT CURBS AND SIDEWALKS UPON AND ALONG
CERTAIN STREETS WHERE SIDEWALKS OR CURBS, OR BOTH, FOR A
TOTAL FRONTAGE OF MORE THAN FIFTY PER CENT ON ONE SIDE OF
THE STREET, HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONSTRUCTED," and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through in-
advertence or oversight, an error was made in the description
of the property contained in said resolution and that said
resolution should therefore be rescinded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Resolution No. 6471 adopted by the City Council on
November 22, 1960, be, and the same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 29th day of November, 1960.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
and signed said Resolution No. 6490 on the 29th day of November, 1960.
