RESOLUTION NO. 6447
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
1 purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
and
WHEREAS, the owner t_ of said property have
convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the'benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DONALD F. SHAW, DONALD W. SHAW, E.
WILLIAM SPARR and GEORGE R. ELLIOTT, all married men, as their sole and
separate property.

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and ublic utility purposes
and more particularly described as f ollows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land, described
as follows:
The Easterly 53.00 feet of the North half of Lot 7
of the Golden State Tract No. 2, as shown on a map
filed in book 4 page 68 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the
State of California designated as document #7000
recorded in book 4168, page 187 January 20, 1958,
of Official Records of Orange County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, 'and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar (41.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
