A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
p1rFo. and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property hare
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MASAIKI YOSHIZAKI and MARY K. YOSHIZAKI,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of' Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the following described parcels of land:
Parcel No. 1
The Northerly 15.00 feet and the Westerly 30.00 feet of
Lot 4, in Block B of Tract No. 13, as shown on a map
filed in Book 9, page 12, of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
Parcel No. 2
Beginning at a point 30.00 feet Easterly of the West
line and 30.07 feet Southerly of the North line of
Lot 4, Block B, of said Tract No. 13, mentioned in
Parcel No. 1, above. Said point being the beginning
of a curve concave southeasterly and having a radius
of 15.00 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along
said curve through a central angle of 90 16' 5
an arc distance of 23.64 feet to a point in a line
parallel with and 15.00 feet Southerly of the North
line of Lot 4 in Block B, of said Tract No. 13;
thence Westerly along the last mentioned parallel
line to the intersection of a line parallel and 30.00
feet Easterly of the West line of Lot 4 in Block B,
of said Tract No. 13; thence Southerly along the
last mentioned parallel line to the point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of November 1960
