A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes anU'
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tTie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that, the offer of PALMALL PROPERTIES INC., a
Corporation,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,

and more particu ar y descried as fo ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Southwesterly five (5) feet of that portion of Lot Seven
of Tract No. 151 of the Coffman Subdivision, as shown on a
Map filed in Book 11, Page 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
ci'Orange County, California, particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said lot, distant
thereon North 15 38' 36" West 30.00 feet from the South-
easterly corner thereof, thence North 15 38t 36" West along
said Easterly line 109.33 feet to the Northeasterly corner of
said lot, thence South 74 21' 24" West, along the Northerly
line thereof 29.97 feet, thence South 15° 48' 02" West 26.08
feet to a point in that certain curve concave Southwesterly
having a radius of 8040 feet in the Northeasterly line of the
80.00 -foot strip of land described in deed from James M. Smith
and wife, to the State of California recorded in Book 764,
page 152 of Official Records of Orange County, California
(the center of said curve bears South 47 18' 37" West from
said last mentioned point), thence Southeasterly, along
said curve, through an angle of 0° 411 42 97.51 feet to
the point of beginning;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
cf Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General FUn•ds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar ($1
