A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of TED E. HUDSON and CAROL R. HUDSON,
husband and wife,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly descr ed as fo owes
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land, described as
follows:
The Westerly 30.00 feet of the North 146.22 feet of
the South 15 acres of the East 18.35 acres of the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
d'Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General FUn•ds of the City of
Anaheim, the sera of One Dollar ($1.00)0
