A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
C TT Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
2urposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of REGINA STRICKLIN as her sole and
separate property, also known as Reg

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for •ublic utilit •ur•oses
and more particu ar y descr •ed as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Northerly 14.00 feet of the Southerly 44.00 feet
of the Westerly 132.60 feet of the Easterly 267.60 feet
of the East half of the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.B. M.;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anahe im, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheimp the sum of One Dollar (61.00).
