A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property he _s
sell and convey the same to tie City; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the "benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of THE OWEN COMPANY, a Limited
Partnership,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to'b,e used for An easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land being a portion
of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian and a portion of the
Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract No. 3351
as shown on a map filed in book 110, pages 5, 6 and
7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; thence S. 89 55' 11" West a distance
of 20.95 feet; thence S. 17° 22' 55" East 1,349.96
feet; thence N. 89 56' 32" East 20.15 feet; thence
along a line bearing N. 17 221 55" West a distance
of 1,343.73 feet to the point of beginning;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00),
