A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINALLY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND THE FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER AND PERFORMING ALL WORK NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT AND COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO WIT: INSTALLATION OF CONDUIT RUNS IN THE CHARLES A. 7)0B NO. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did cause to be published in a new pap r of general ci°:ulation,. printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, to wit: The Anaheim Bulletin on Se tember 6 and Se tember 1 1960 9 a notice invit ng sealed propos& s or urn's gag following: WHEREAS, on 2 :00 o°cloek 1/,• bl� 6648 All plant, labor, services, materials and equipment, and all utilities and transportation, including power, fuel and water, and performing all work necessary to construct and complete in a good and workmanlike manner, in strict accordance with the specifications, plans and drawings therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer or City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, the following public improvement, to wit: The installation of conduit runs in the Charles A. Pearson Park, Cypress and Lemon Streets, in the City of Anaheim, consisting of the installation of one 2 -inch rigid conduit and two 3 -inch rigid conduits (G.I.), including trenching, backfill and appurtenant work, as more particularly set forth in the plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Clerk or City Engineer, Job No. 549; in accordance with the designs, plans, profiles and specifica- tions prepared by hornton E Pi ersallCit En.ineer and the notice inv- '_ting sew ed proposa.' -s, which said notice specified that sealed proposals as specified in said notice would be received up until 2•00 ouclock P.M. of the 22nd day of e temb 9 60 9 and which said notice did statb that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code, the City Council of the City of Anaheim had ascertained the prevailing rate of wages for each type of labor needed to execute said contract and did set forth the prevailing hourly wage scale so ascertained;
